Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was just what I expected from the online description, perfectly adequate for our 2-night getaway. The rooms, although minimalistic in their 50's/60's vibe, were cozy and had comfy beds. The service was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about surrounding landmarks and restaurants, always ensuring that everything was running smoothly. The location was convenient, between the two towns we wanted to visit, Holland and Saugatuck, with a great retro feel in the outdoor pool area. The dining experience, offering everything from hot to cold dishes, was nice enough. Overall, a pleasant and comfortable stay with lovely staff.
My stay at the hotel was wonderful! The rooms were just what we expected from the online description – clean, well-stocked with cereals, milk, and pastries, and ready via text message. The size was perfect, with comfortable beds and a spacious bathroom featuring a large walk-in shower.
The hotel is ideally located for exploring Saugatuck and Douglas, offering a beautiful setting with various outdoor amenities. The rooms, despite being recently redone and clean, had a slight musty odor that could be due to high humidity. The service was exceptional with incredibly nice and helpful staff. However, the dining options were limited, offering only basic items like dry cereal and coffee. Overall, a prime location with friendly service.
